Welcome to the Plano East FFA Webpage!

Plano East Senior High opened its doors in the fall of 1981, offering Agricultural Science courses from the beginning. The Plano East FFA Chapter was chartered by the Texas FFA Association on March 25, 1982 and is a chapter of the largest student-led organization in the nation. Although Plano has developed into a thriving urban community, it is rich in agricultural history as the roots of many members of the community can be traced back to agriculture. At Plano East, our goal is to educate our students on the importance of agriculture, and offer courses that will give students skills that they can use upon graduation from high school.
Our students do have the opportunity to take part in the traditional SAE (Supervised Agricultural Experience) of owning and raising a livestock project. However, many of our students choose to take part in other non-traditional SAE's such as working in a veterinary clinic, for a florist, or even shadowing other businesses in the agricultural sector.
Plano East FFA is committed to developing students' premier leadership, personal growth, and career success.
We will have chapter information, documents, links, and events on this site.
